DoTogether is our social productivity mobile app—a group planning and coordination tool built on the insight that most of what we need to get done, we need to get done with other people. Shared shopping lists, group trip planning, household task coordination, and friend group event organisation are the core use cases the app is designed around.

Real-time synchronisation is the technical foundation: when one member of a group updates a shared list or marks a task done, all other members see the change immediately without refreshing. Firebase Realtime Database combined with React Native delivers sub-second sync latency across devices, making collaboration feel live rather than like exchanging emails.

Group management is deliberately low-friction: creating a group requires just a name, and inviting members works through a simple link or QR code that does not require invitees to have an account first. The biggest barrier to adoption of collaborative apps is the bootstrapping problem—if the person you want to use it with also has to sign up, most potential users never start. We solved this.

DoTogether is in active early access development, with a user research programme running alongside the build to continuously validate that the features we are shipping address the coordination problems users actually face. The roadmap is explicitly evidence-driven: nothing goes on the sprint unless we have user signal supporting it.
